Pork Mixtard 30 was the European brand name for Novo Nordisk's porcine insulin mix consisting of 30% porcine R/neutral insulin and 70% porcine NPH/isophane insulin^[2]^[3]^[4].

It is the same as Hypurin Porcine 30/70 Mix^[5]^[6]^[7]^[8].

Pork Mixtard 30 was discontinued in the UK by the end of December 2007^[9]^[10]^[11]^[12]; according to the Novo Nordisk Australasia Home Page ^[13], it was discontinued there by December, 2006. Users now order CP Pharma's Hypurin Porcine 30/70 Mix^[14].
